Introduction to Tying/Spinning Deer Hair Flies Top to Bottom

Class Expectations : Participants must have at least basic Intermediate tying skills.

Tools Required: All Participants must provide the following:
Vise, Bobbin, Scissors (preferred serated), Bodkin, tying cement.

Materials Provided: All materials will be provided to include then following: Hooks, thread ,
Body material. Deer Hair
Marabou. Flash material.

What will we be tying??: The Participants will be tying two flies. First off, a subsurface streamer of my own design know as the Scandia Sculpin. It has similar properties of a Muddler Minnow, However, it is easier to tie and is Very effective. Secondly, a top water fly known as the Jet Bug.. An age old pattern, simple to tie, but very effective.
