Mike Flinsky

Captain Mike has been a licensed USCG captain for 7 years running multiple Tiara 3100 open's out of the port of Holland, Michigan. Prior to becoming a captain, Mike also worked as a Mate for other local charter boats. During his time as a Captain, Mike has run approximately 350-400 charters, consistently putting his clients on good numbers of salmon and trout. Mike also fishes the pro-division tournaments on the Lake Michigan Tournament Trail. Mike's passion for fishing, desire to have reliable products & need to optimize time on and off the water sparked the creation of the Rod Boss prototypes in 2015. The prototypes were designed and manufactured at Mike's machine shop, Metalution. A commitment to superior craftsmanship and service was also evident early on as Mike tested and listened to many fisherman's complaints, wants, & needs.
