Emma grew up fishing in the ocean with her family and developed a strong love of it as it brought her closer to those around her. As time progressed, she started working on charter fishing boats and spending time on the water, but never got to embrace fishing as a hobby. She eventually moved to Upstate New York to go to college, where she met her boyfriend. He invited her to go out fishing one cold February day, and ever since, her passion for fishing has been rekindled. Fishing has brought Emma a sense of community and a desire to make an impact on the fishing community around her. She is actively working on developing her own guide service, focusing on inspiring women and children to become more active in the fishing community. In addition, Emma helps with sales for Tribs Reels, enhancing her knowledge of center-pin fishing, allowing her to be a better teacher and advocate for tributary fishing.
