Ross Robertson of Bigwater Fishing will be providing a Clinic on what he does to consistently produce big catches of Walleye when fishing the open deep waters found in the Central and Eastern Basins of Lake Erie. He will begin with what to do before you even leave the house or set a line. Then, the clinic will cover tactics and concepts to improve your deep-water walleye fishing success in detail. This is a sure fire way to improve your skills for locating Walleye, electronics usage and with tactics including harnesses, spoons and crank baits on a variety of delivery methods. You will also pick up some efficiency tips from Ross that he has developed over the years for trolling that will help you catch a few extra Walleye each trip on the water!
Capt. Ross Robertson has made his complete living as a full time professional angler for more than 20 years. Through the years he has worn many hats, including time as a fishing guide, boat salesman, TV host, outdoor writer, product designer, tournament fisherman, speaker, radio host and podcaster, to name a few. You may have seen him in publications such as In-Fisherman, Outdoor Life, Field and Stream, MeatEater or his self-published book Walleye Trolling. While his fishing career has taken him anywhere from Alaska to Europe, he spends most of his time fishing year around on Lake Erie's Western and Central Basins.
