Craig Koepke

Craig Koepke, Charter Captain (Ret), fly fishing guide, outdoor writer, radio personality. Craig's first memories of fishing are fishing on Lake Michigan, his back yard pond was the harbor in Michigan City, IN fishing for Trout and Salmon. Craig started fishing from a Kayak in 2019.

I fish primarily for Trout and Salmon on Lake Michigan, I also chase around yellow perch, sheepshead, blue Gil, crappie, pike, catfish and carp. I fish the South East corner on Lake Michigan and its tributes from Portage, IN to St Joe, MI. I live in Michigan City, IN 1 mile from the boat ramp.

Tournaments: I fish the Hoosier Coho Classic every Spring and also the HCC club Tournaments. I have fished a few other Tournaments around Lake Michigan over the years.

Kayak: I fish out of a Oldtown 132 bigwater. I will be able to answer alot of different questions about rigging.
